Susanne von der Heyden
It is my intention to support people in organisations – from CEO to employee level – to reduce unnecessary and grinding loss of energy; or even better: to free yet undiscovered energies.
People in organisations often lose energy due to several avoidable reasons: Bad leadership, conflicts and frictions within teams, silo-mentality between different organisational units and, not least, too many and/or badly managed change processes make individuals, or even whole teams or organisations unable to realise their potential, which leads to frustration and demotivated employees.
It is my intention to support people in organisations – from CEO to employee level – to reduce unnecessary and grinding loss of energy; or even better: to free yet undiscovered energies. Over the past years I have learned to trust both my mind and my intuition, and also not to underestimate the knowledge of organisations and their people.
