Soulful organizations in which people experience meaning, live healthy relationships, are allowed to be authentic and take personal responsibility ensure a good today and a better tomorrow.
How can collaboration succeed? How can we give our employees more responsibility and decision-making authority? What does modern leadership look like? Which organizational model makes sense for us?
Organizations are complex, living beings. As individual as the people who work in them. The above questions can therefore not be answered with "one size fits all" universal solutions, because they do not do justice to the individuality and complexity. In this context, I draw on the constantly growing catalog of interventions from agile and systemic organizational development as well as a decade of experience as a manager in a fast-growing, international tech start-up.
I am passionate about helping organizations create workplaces where employees experience meaning, live healthy relationships, are allowed to be authentically present and take responsibility for their actions and those of the organization. Organizations that are inspired in this way ensure a good today and a better tomorrow - for our planet, our society and not least for employees and owners.
