Impetus to the project
As a wholly owned subsidiary of Kreissparkasse Köln, SOLUM Facility Management GmbH is also strongly influenced by industry changes in the banking sector. Due to changes in customer behavior (clear trend toward virtual consulting and use of online services) and changes in sales structures at branches, these changes have an impact on the real estate portfolio as well as the range of services related to the central topics of "building," "managing," and "valuing.
This increases the challenges for managers and employees. In this situation, SOLUM, as a responsible organization, offers regular support. The following goals are in the foreground:

What we did
The appropriate procedures were tailored on the basis of the individual challenges and needs. The focus was on the specific goals of the teams and the people involved. Semi-structured interviews were used to ascertain the requirements while at the same time taking into account the specifics of the individual organizational units. Sample formats:
