Impulse webinars “Leading distributed teams”

Impetus to the project

For some time now, we have been conducting various different training and workshop formats for DEVK managers . With COVID restrictions being lifted more and more employees return to their workplace in the office, at least for some days of the week.

After two years ago being forced to work together purely virtually, managers are now faced with a new challenge: How do I design a good framework to work effectively and well with my team in the hybrid working world?

We already offer a one-day workshop for this question, with a focus on exchange, reflection and transfer of some tools and methods to your own team. For those decision makers who currently do not have time for a full workshop day due to the high workload, a two-hour impulse webinar will now be offered additionally, with many practical tips, tools and ideas for their implementation.

What we did

Together with DEVK, we have picked out some of the most important topics in the hybrid working world. These include:

  • How do I design meetings so that in a hybrid setting...

    • all employees are involved in the process?

    • we get an overview of who is working on what?

    • we make sustainable decisions together?

  • How do I influence the team culture so that...

    • the team is always in good contact with each other?

    • there are even more points of contact among each other and thus we can establish more team cohesion?

  • How do I create a meaningful framework for the joint office times?

Experience and result

After the first impulse webinars it became clear that managers have already been very constructive in their search for solutions to the challenges of the new working world over the past two years. Nevertheless (or precisely because of this), everybody was enthusiastic about receiving additional new impulses and ideas - regardless of whether they come from colleagues or from us - and about constantly reflecting the implementation in their own practice.

We enjoy not only working together with the participants of the webinar, but also the working atmosphere with the HR department - very pleasant, appreciative and constructive. This makes our work twice as much fun!

What our client says

The webinar is one of many examples of how the collaboration with subject:RESOUL has enriched us in recent years. We work out Ideas together, and subject:RESOUL sharpens them and translates them into concepts that are really tailored to our culture and concerns. In addition, subject:RESOUL is still fine-tuning them in the ongoing processes based on the feedback of participants.

The feedback on the impulses and tools from this training is very positive - they fit well with our current shift into the hybrid working world.

We experience working with – meanwhile - 8 consultants from subject:RESOUL on very different issues every time as natural, value- and purpose-driven, at eye level and with a very high quality, fun and many creative-intelligent impulses. Many thanks for that! We are looking forward to all further common topics with you.
