With my work I want to support people and organizations, to focus on the subject of cooperation, to establish a culture with soul, which allows open spaces, uses individual strengths and develops potential.
I would say: “Cooperation is the key”, if I would be asked for the most important factor for business success. In our knowledge society, the biggest challenge for an organization is no longer to define effective and efficient processes and organizational models. Because especially the current developments, such as agile working, are often based on an implicit requirement: people should and have to communicate and cooperate more intensively and openly. Thus, excellent cooperation as part of the corporate culture becomes a driver for innovation and successful change.
