I accompany people in their development towards self-efficacy, connectedness and meaningfulness - and support organizations that make this possible. In doing so, I want to contribute to a resilient, humane society that meets the challenges of our time in a positive way - first and foremost climate change.
As a consultant, for me this means to be open and curious about what is there, to offer orientation through clarity, and to be empathically available for genuine contact.
