Experience
Since 2022 Head of People & Culture at homee. Before: Doctorate degree at ESCP Business School and Managing Director of Talent Management Instituts and 8 years experience in HR / recruiting and talent management at McKinsey and Bertelsmann AG in Germany and China.
In addition to consulting: international research and publication experience; lecturer on topics such as talent management, international human resource management and organisational behaviour.
Professional experience (study and work) in Germany, England, USA, China and India.
Education
PhD on talent management (ESCP Europe); master of science in international human resource management (Oxford Brookes University), dual degree bachelor of international management (Bertelsmann AG, University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management) and industrial vocational training at Bertelsmann AG.
Consulting languages: German and English. French and Spanish basic knowledge.
