Organizations are soulful when they enable people to shape essential topics of the organization with an open mind and bring them forward. We then call this #SoulfulOrganizations.

Organizations are soulful when they enable people, through helpful structures, processes and culture, to work together in honest and joyful engagement with an open mind to shape essential issues for the organization and move them forward. This clarity often creates powerful follow-up processes for the organization. Because then people have the basis to clarify the actually relevant topics there instead of playing theater. We then call this #SoulfulOrganizations.
