The world we are living in is a complex world. A world that asks for constantly adapting ourselves. A world in which structures disappear and change. A world in which we cannot deny the societal and environmental challenges anymore. It’s a world in which traditional ways of leading and working are questioned, maybe even overcome.
And even though the challenges are big, changes start at a small scale – at an organisational level, within one’s team and even with each of us individually. That’s where we can make a difference. Each and every day. By consciously choosing. Consciously choosing the way we lead, the way we collaborate, the way we relate to others and to ourselves.
With a combination of an analytical and pragmatic way of working, I enable and empower individuals, teams and organisations to fully lean into their responsibility – so they create the change they want to create in the world.

International mind with work and life experience in Germany, Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Laos – since 2020 I live with my family in Malawi.
