I aim to contribute to a genuine new life and work environment. For me, a meaningful workplace is where people can act authentically, free from fear, and with self-determination.
I help people and their organizations evolve in a way that meaningfully disrupts established but outdated systems and (thinking) structures, both within individuals and within companies, and replaces them with future-proof thinking and behaviors.
I aim to contribute to a genuine new life and work environment. For me, a meaningful workplace is where people can act authentically, free from fear, and with self-determination. It is a place where diversity is leveraged as a strength, where the goal goes beyond economic profit, and where people contribute to addressing the major questions of our time.
In my consulting projects, I always strive to prioritize the unfolding of people’s potentials and to contribute to redirecting the “old world” onto new, sustainable paths.
I see myself as a catalyst, companion and supporter, always bringing along a good dose of energy, courage, and joy.
Experience
I have diverse experience in developing organizations, teams, and individuals. I know “both sides” because before my current role as a consultant, I spent over 10 years as an employed leader rebuilding and further developing various teams, most recently as the Head of Organizational and Personnel Development at VDI GmbH.
