It is my true passion in coaching to focus on changing behavioural and thinking patterns in an empathetic and resource activating way. Only then sustainable behavioural change is possible.
People need an honest but appreciating view on themselves, their strengths and development potentials, to optimally grow within their roles. It is my true passion in coaching to focus on changing behavioural and thinking patterns in an empathetic and resource activating way. Only then sustainable behavioural change is possible. To deal with stress and challenging interpersonal situations people need to grow and experience real self-efficacy. For me, conflicts and moments of crisis are helpful indicators and a possible starting point for a courageous journey towards new experiences and behaviour – a journey I would love to help you beginning.
