Collaboration based on mutual respect and joy (soul!) is more human, and it eventually helps to achieve better results. It’s my purpose to support individuals and groups to do their jobs and like what they do. Supporting others to do their thing, to take over responsibility, feel resonance, solve conflicts. For a good collaboration it is crucial to understand and accept oneself and others. Talking to each other - sounds so simple, and is yet so hard. Let’s start there! Listen, give feedback, say what is important.

However, human collaboration is always embedded in organisations, systems, processes, with economic goals and strategies. These factors also have to enable good collaboration. I try to help building organisations and processes that are not based on power, tradition, and competition; but on finding solutions, sharing responsibility, and constantly improving.
